Care Instructions
Keep your Taasya piece away from water, perfume and harsh chemicals where appropriate. Store it carefully when not in use to help protect its finish and natural stone surface.
If a crystal-care ritual is part of your practice, you may choose to place the piece near or in a selenite bowl. This is an optional personal ritual, not a guaranteed treatment.
Delivery & Shipping
Your Taasya piece is carefully packaged before dispatch. Tracking and shipping information will be shared once your order is on its way. Delivery timing varies by destination.
Returns & Replacement
Due to the personal nature of jewellery, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or after an item has been worn or used.
Returns are accepted only if you receive an incorrect item that does not match your order. In that case, please contact us at support@taasya.in with your order details and clear photographs of the item received.
If the return is approved, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and any accompanying materials, including certificates where applicable.
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
