Refund policy

Due to the personal nature of jewellery, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or after an item has been worn or used.

Returns are accepted only if you receive an incorrect item that does not match your order. In that case, please contact us at support@taasya.in with your order details and clear photographs of the item received.

If the return is approved, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and any accompanying materials, including certificates where applicable.

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
