1. General These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the Taasya website. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products All gemstones and jewellery sold by Taasya are authentic and as described. Due to the natural nature of gemstones, slight variations in colour, texture, and appearance are expected and are not considered defects.

3. Orders & Payments All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Taasya accepts payment through the methods listed at checkout. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping & Delivery Orders are processed within 4-5 business days. Delivery timelines vary by location and will be communicated at the time of purchase. Taasya is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors.

5. Returns & Exchanges We hope you love your TAASYA pieces as much as we love creating them. In case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video for a replacement. Due to the personal nature of jewellery, return and exchanges are not accepted.

6. Intellectual Property All content on the Taasya website — including images, text, and designs — is the intellectual property of Taasya and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability Taasya shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
